Our 2025 Conference Keynote Speaker is Roslyn Harmon of St. Paul, Minnesota. Roslyn brings leadership, vision, and expertise as Executive Director for Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) specializing in Restorative Practices, Restorative Justice & Diversion, Civil & Family Mediation, Healing Circles, and Youth Development.

Making history as the first person of color and Black woman to win the seat for Mayor of Golden Valley, Roslyn brings a wealth of experience and expertise in education, community development, overseeing restorative practice initiatives, and implementing policy and procedures.

Rosslyn’s work emphasizes systemic change, using a restorative framework to repair harm in communities, schools, organizations, and businesses. An educator and mental health practitioner, Roslyn holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and an M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy. Her work has earned awards including Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 50 Black Leaders, the 2024 Black Woman Entrepreneur Award, the 2024 Sweet Potato Comfort Pie’s Batter That Matters Award, Bethel University’s 2023 President’s Award, the 2023 First Friday’s Female Face of the Month, and Team Women's 2022 Wavemaker Award.
